1、依據大樣圖中卷軸的設計中心高度，在立柱或墻上定出主動支承板的中心位置，放出膨脹螺栓的中心十字線。

2、以主支承板中心為基準，用水平塑料管找出對應的從動支承板中心和從動膨脹螺栓孔十字線。

5、安裝卷軸

(1)卷軸安裝前，先將掛板定好方向裝到卷軸上，再把4-6片簾板裝到掛板上并卷緊在卷軸上鐵絲扎牢。

(2)吊裝卷軸，一定要注意，設專人指揮、人字梯、腳手架、手拉葫蘆都要經過檢查。安裝時先將套上軸承及座的光軸塞入卷軸端孔中，對準位置后將軸承固定螺栓擰緊。
