鋁合金卷簾門安裝步驟（需要用到安裝人(ren)員 3 名(ming)）

Installation steps for aluminum alloy rolling shutter doors (requiring 3 installation personnel)

（1）打開鋁合金卷簾(lian)門包箱，核對(dui)附件和主件的清單；

(1) Open the aluminum alloy rolling shutter door box and check the list of accessories and main components;

（2）現場找正(zheng)，在門洞上找出(chu)安裝(zhuang)中(zhong)心線，確定(ding)支架(jia)板(ban)、卷(juan)簾門及兩側導軌的(de)橫向安裝(zhuang)基(ji)準(zhun)；

(2) On site alignment, find the installation centerline on the door opening, and determine the horizontal installation benchmark for the support plate, rolling shutter door, and two side guide rails;

（3）以(yi)門框下沿為準，確定(ding)支架板(ban)、卷筒軸、滾輪總成、卷簾門及(ji)兩側導(dao)軌的(de)上下安裝基準；

(3) Based on the lower edge of the door frame, determine the installation benchmarks for the bracket plate, drum shaft, roller assembly, rolling shutter door, and two side guide rails;

（4）將支架板(ban)安(an)裝門框上方(fang)相(xiang)應位置，支架板(ban)安(an)裝到(dao)位后應保證卷簾門卷簾管(guan)兩端與法蘭有 2mm左右的間隙，以(yi)便調(diao)節；

(4) Install the bracket plate to the corresponding position above the door frame. After the bracket plate is installed in place, ensure that there is a gap of about 2mm between the two ends of the rolling shutter pipe and the flange of the rolling shutter door for adjustment;

（5）將鋁合金卷(juan)簾門的卷(juan)筒軸(zhou)安放在支架板法蘭上(shang)，卷(juan)筒軸(zhou)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)端(duan)插上(shang)開口銷固定， 1 人(ren)扶住(zhu)卷(juan)筒，另外 2 人(ren)將卷(juan)簾門兩(liang)(liang)(liang)側導軌(gui)和(he)密封膠條調整安裝位置（門兩(liang)(liang)(liang)側縱梁） ；

(5) Place the roller shaft of the aluminum alloy rolling shutter door on the flange of the support plate, insert the opening pins at both ends of the roller shaft to fix it, one person holds the roller, and the other two people adjust the guide rails and sealing strips on both sides of the rolling shutter door to the installation position (longitudinal beams on both sides of the door);

（6）安(an)裝下(xia)楣板指定(ding)位置，安(an)裝時應先將門框下(xia)沿徹(che)底清潔，撕去下(xia)楣板上雙(shuang)面膠保護紙(zhi)后，安(an)裝到(dao)位；

(6) Install the lower fascia board to the designated position. Before installation, thoroughly clean the lower edge of the door frame, tear off the double-sided adhesive protective paper on the lower fascia board, and install it in place;

（7）將(jiang)卷(juan)簾門從兩(liang)側(ce)(ce)滾輪(lun)的(de)上端滾過(guo)再通過(guo)兩(liang)側(ce)(ce)導(dao)(dao)軌(gui)上端導(dao)(dao)向處滑入導(dao)(dao)軌(gui)，再把兩(liang)側(ce)(ce)導(dao)(dao)軌(gui)和(he)密封膠條固定(ding)在門兩(liang)側(ce)(ce)縱梁上（現場(chang)配打孔攻絲固定(ding)） ，安裝完畢(bi)后，應保證卷(juan)簾門能(neng)夠(gou)順利上下拉(la)動(dong)；

(7) Roll the rolling shutter door over the upper ends of the rollers on both sides, then slide it into the guide rails through the upper guide points on both sides of the guide rails, and fix the guide rails and sealing strips on the longitudinal beams on both sides of the door (with on-site drilling and tapping fixation). After installation, ensure that the rolling shutter door can be smoothly pulled up and down;

（8）將(jiang)卷(juan)(juan)簾拉(la)下鎖位(wei)(wei)，并在主軸一端（有(you)兩孔）將(jiang)定位(wei)(wei)銷與(yu)法蘭插牢，另(ling)一端定位(wei)(wei)銷也插好（見圖一） ，將(jiang)簾管(guan)往關門的(de)方向(xiang)稍旋(xuan)轉，使上勁(jing)定位(wei)(wei)銷能夠拿出為(wei)止(zhi)（ 注意：此時不能馬(ma)上松手，以免卷(juan)(juan)簾快速回轉將(jiang)手夾傷 ）；

(8) Pull the roller blind down to the lock position, and firmly insert the positioning pin and flange at one end of the main shaft (with two holes), and also insert the positioning pin at the other end (see Figure 1). Rotate the curtain tube slightly towards the direction of closing the door until the upward positioning pin can be removed (note: do not release it immediately at this time to avoid hand injury caused by rapid rotation of the roller blind);

在進行卷(juan)(juan)簾門安裝時，可能要對(dui)卷(juan)(juan)簾門的上下行程進行調整，以確保(bao)卷(juan)(juan)簾門開啟和關閉(bi)輕(qing)便(bian)、、準確、可靠。

When installing the rolling shutter door, it may be necessary to adjust the up and down travel of the rolling shutter door to ensure that it opens and closes easily, safely, accurately, and reliably.

（9）調試(shi)方(fang)(fang)法：雙(shuang)手握住把手，對卷簾門(men)(men)門(men)(men)進行上(shang)下(xia)試(shi)拉，來調整扭(niu)轉(zhuan)彈簧(huang)(huang)力(li)度，開(kai)門(men)(men)（往(wang)(wang)上(shang)稍有助力(li)）太重(zhong)即加(jia)，往(wang)(wang)下(xia)關門(men)(men)太重(zhong)即減(jian)；加(jia)減(jian)彈簧(huang)(huang)力(li)度的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)法：先將(jiang)上(shang)勁定位(wei)銷插(cha)上(shang)，將(jiang)簾管連接帶上(shang)的(de)(de)螺釘松開(kai)，使連接帶與簾管分開(kai)，然(ran)后往(wang)(wang)關門(men)(men)的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)向加(jia)轉(zhuan)為加(jia)力(li)，往(wang)(wang)開(kai)門(men)(men)的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)向為減(jian)力(li)；

(9) Debugging method: Hold the handle with both hands and pull the rolling shutter door up and down to adjust the strength of the torsion spring. If the door is too heavy to open (with slight assistance upwards), increase it; if it is too heavy to close downwards, decrease it; The method of increasing or decreasing the spring force: First, insert the upward force positioning pin, loosen the screw on the curtain tube connecting strap to separate the connecting strap from the curtain tube, and then apply force in the direction of closing the door and decrease force in the direction of opening the door;

（10）安裝完畢，清理現場。
