The power supply should be checked to see if the power switch of the fireproof rolling shutter door has power. If there is no power, the power supply should be checked online. If there is electricity, the power indicator light of the roller shutter control box should be green and always on. If the indicator light is not on, we should check if the transformer (with a resistance of 270 ohms) inside the control box is burnt out. If the power indicator light is flashing green, it indicates that the power supply may be out of phase. If the power supply is not out of phase, it is possible that the backup power board of the control box is burnt out; It is also possible that both the residential power board and the backup power board are burnt out.

二、電源空開推不上：

送閘時，空開推不上應檢查備用板是否有問題，備用板的輸出線的電阻約為300歐姆。如果開路時或短路應該檢查電機的點剎車是否燒壞，或檢查備用板是否燒壞。

三、操作按鈕使用不靈：

應當先按下停止鍵，再按下復位鍵，然后按上行下行鍵。

四、電源控制箱或按鈕面板的指示燈全亮：

這時應先檢查按鈕線是否有短路現象或某一個按鈕被壓死的可能，如果以上現象不存在，有可能是電源主板上的芯片壞掉，這時應更換芯片。注意要反著裝，(即開口對著開口)。

這時應先檢查限位線是否有掉線現象，若果沒有，有可能是主電源板壞了。

七、增加鎖控：

只需在排線的第5和12的空上串接一個約1K的電阻。

電機的三相電阻達47-70歐姆且三相平衡。三相不平衡可能是電機壞了。

九、防火卷簾門報警時，應當先讓防火卷簾門自動下降到底，途中不要按任何按鈕，然后再上行。
