卷簾門簾板驗收的標準介紹

一、對(dui)于工業快(kuai)速門簾(lian)板相(xiang)鄰(lin)的互鎖(suo)串(chuan)聯卡扣(kou)要轉(zhuan)動(dong)靈(ling)活，在擺動(dong)幅度±900范圍(wei)內(nei)禁止有(you)脫落現象，對(dui)于具備(bei)防(fang)煙密封性(xing)能(neng)的重疊形簾(lian)板卡扣(kou)串(chuan)接后，擺動(dong)幅度范圍(wei)±900內(nei)同樣不允許有(you)脫落的現象。

1、 For the interlocking series buckles adjacent to industrial fast door curtain panels, they should rotate flexibly and must not fall off within a swing range of ± 900. For overlapping curtain panel buckles with smoke sealing performance, they should also not fall off within a swing range of ± 900.

二(er)、對于(yu)工業卷簾門(men)的(de)門(men)簾板(ban)驗收，其門(men)簾板(ban)必須要(yao)平直，并且筆直程度每米(mi)不能高于(yu)1.5毫米(mi)，全長(chang)的(de)直線度不能超過0.12%。

2、 For the acceptance of door curtain panels for industrial roller shutter doors, the door curtain panels must be straight and the straightness cannot exceed 1.5 millimeters per meter, and the straightness of the total length must not exceed 0.12%.

三、門(men)簾(lian)(lian)板的兩側擋板以(yi)及(ji)防竄裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置必須(xu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配牢固，裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配成卷(juan)簾(lian)(lian)以(yi)后，門(men)簾(lian)(lian)板的竄動曠量(liang)絕不能夠高(gao)于2mm。

3、 The two side baffles and anti tampering devices of the door curtain panel must be firmly assembled. After being assembled into a rolling shutter, the tampering clearance of the door curtain panel must not exceed 2mm.

四、工(gong)業快速(su)門簾板在裝配好之后，絕(jue)不允(yun)許有任(ren)何縫隙以(yi)及空洞的存(cun)在。

4、 After assembly, there must be no gaps or voids in the industrial fast door curtain panels.

五、對于具備有防煙密封性(xing)能的門簾板，門體內外鼻鉤竄接后的接觸面成一定的弧面接觸，弧面角度在(zai)300范(fan)圍內。

5、 For door curtain panels with smoke proof sealing performance, the contact surface between the inner and outer nose hooks of the door body forms a certain arc contact, and the arc angle is within the range of 300.

六、在工業快速門的(de)(de)門簾(lian)板裝配(pei)完(wan)成以后，運行(xing)(xing)過程中絕不(bu)(bu)允許(xu)有任何傾斜(xie)的(de)(de)情況存在，正常(chang)應是平行(xing)(xing)升降(jiang)，門簾(lian)的(de)(de)凹凸不(bu)(bu)平直長度(du)不(bu)(bu)能大于洞(dong)口(kou)高度(du)的(de)(de)1/300。

6、 After the assembly of the door curtain panel for industrial express doors is completed, no tilting is allowed during operation. Normally, it should be parallel lifting, and the uneven length of the door curtain should not exceed 1/300 of the height of the opening.
